Press the xbox button on your controller and go to profile & system > settings. Select account > subscriptions. Choose your subscription, and then follow the steps to cancel.

Look for Xbox Live and click on "manage." From there, choose to "cancel subscription" or "turn off recurring billing." When you cancel Xbox Live, your access to downloaded games from the Games Pass will end. Regardless of whether you downloaded them or not, without a valid digital license, access will be denied.
