The slider lets you set the length of the pause from 1 to 8 weeks, and while your account is paused you will not be charged. (you can always return early and click to resume your account.) not all payment types support pausing. If you don't see the pause option, you'll need to cancel your subscription instead.
When canceling your Zwift membership through their website, rest assured that your progress will be saved. This means that whenever you decide to return, you can pick up right where you left off. Additionally, you can continue enjoying Zwift for the rest of your billing cycle, whether it's a monthly or annual subscription. If you prefer to cancel via Xpendy, please note that this convenience may come with some associated costs.
The only place to do it is in the game under the detailed plan view, so you'll need to pull up the list of plans then click âview planâ under your plan. Here's the tricky part: the âcancel planâ button is on the far left of this screen, so you'll need to click the left arrow or click and drag to see it.
